DUOLINGO ENGLISH TEST
The Duolingo English Test (DET) is an English Language Proficiency Test that the candidates can take Online on their Personal Computers with a Stable Internet Connection. Candidates can take this test from Anywhere in the world, as long as they meet the technical requirements. They can take it Anytime and no booking of slot is needed. However, they need to ensure necessary Equipment before registration and follow Stringent Rules while taking the test. The test is Adaptive as the difficulty level of the questions increases with every correct answer and decreases with every wrong answer.

DET assesses candidates on the 4 Language Skills in the short One Hour Duration. The test is divided into Two Parts:
1. The Adaptive Section (45 minutes)
2. The Speaking and Writing Section (10 minutes)
The candidates get an Overall Score between 10 and 160 Points. No separate score for each section is given. Most of the Academic Programs require a Score of Over 120.
